This is a one acre fenced-in dog park, with a water fountain for dogs and
people, benches, and tons of room to run, chase balls, or play with their
new friends. There are bags and pooper scoopers supplied. Next to the fenced
area is a meadow with a path around it. There's a creek if you follow the
path in the woods just off of the meadow. Leashes are required in the meadow
area, and the park is open sunrise to sunset.
Directions:
To get there, take Highway 1 and exit at Rio Del Mar. Go left over the freeway
and turn right onto Monroe Avenue (second stop light). After Monroe turns
into Wallace Avenue, look for Huntington Drive on the left. Turn left on
Huntington and the park entrance will be on the left.

Lighthouse Fields map

Your dog can be off-leash from sunrise to 10am and 4pm until sunset. Leashes
are required between 10am and 4pm. This open field is across from the West
Lighthouse Beach where dogs can play off-leash during certain hours. This
field is not fenced and there are several busy streets nearby, so if your
dog runs off-leash, make sure he or she is very well trained.
Directions:
It is located on West Cliff Drive, just north
of the Lighthouse, and south of Columbia Street. It is also across from
the West Lighthouse Beach. To get there, head south on Hwy 17. Take the
Hwy 1 North exit, heading towards Half Moon Bay and Hwy 9. Merge onto Mission
Street (Hwy 1). Turn left onto Swift Street. Then turn left on West Cliff
Drive. Limited parking will be on the right or on other sides of the field.

This off leash dog park is located in the Skypark complex next to the soccer
fields. The dog park offers 1.2 fully enclosed acres which is divided into
two sections. One section is for small dogs under 25 pounds, puppies or
shy dogs. The other section is for all dogs but primarily for larger and
more active dogs. Other amenities include water bowls, wading pools, tennis
balls, other dog toys, drinking fountains, shaded seating, plastic bags
and pooper scoopers.
Directions:
To get there from Highway 17, take the Mt. Hermon exit and follow Mt. Hermon
Road straight. Pass about four stoplights and take the right onto King's
Village Road (by the theatre). Drive to the end of the road (about .1 miles),
and turn left on Bluebonnet Road. The dog park is on the left, next to the

Directions:
From Highway 1 south, exit onto Airport Boulevard, on Green Valley Road
make a left. From Highway 1 north, take the Airport Boulevard exit, turn
left onto Airport Blvd to Green Valley Road, go left. You will go past Pinto
Lake City Park and will see Pinto Lake County Park. Make a left turn into
the park.

Public Dog Park Users, Please...
• Carry a leash.
• Pick up and dispose of dog waste.
• Do not leave dogs unattended.
• Leash aggressive dogs.
• Control excessive noise.
• Prevent digging and destructive behavior.
• Always carry a bag, a spare, and one to share!
• Stay with your children at all times! Dogs are very strong,
and can be unpredictable in pack situations. Put your child's
safety first!

Other Dog Friendly Parks and Beaches
Dogs permitted in some other parks and beaches, as
long as they are on a leash — Palm Beach, Rio del Mar, Seabright,
Scott Creek, New Brighton, Manresa, Davenport, and Seacliff beaches, and
at Loch Lomond.
